James T for Model Number JMV8186AAS The ends of door hook that latch it to the main appliance (where the door switches are) when the door is closed on this microwave is broken. I am searching for a replacement door hook or latch. The microwave itself worked before this occurred although intermittently. Having checked the door switches I am convinced the problem has been a an issue with the door hook all along.
