Miguel for Model Number SMH1611S The door will not close properly unless I push it in and pull it down. Many times when I close the door the light stays on or if I try to use it the Microwave doesn't work until I push it in or pull it down. (Something is not staying in contact?) . How can I fix this?
Answer Hello Miguel. You will need to check the door switches and the latch on the door of the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
