Lewis for Model Number NE58F9500SS Our Samsung Range Dual Control Knobs are faulty. You barely touch or brush by them and they turn on. The left dual control is very difficult to get to turn off. When you finally get it to turn off it isn't in the normal up and down position. It has to be turned a little to the right. You have to push it in and try several positions before it will turn off. If we change out the part Number AP5800762 will that correct the problem? We are very concerned because this is a dangerous situation. Thank you for your answer to this problem.
