When looking at the drawing for my model number on your site it says that I need item #2 and it looks just like the part in the drawing however, when I blow up the picture of item #2 it looks nothing like the item I need to replace except that it also has wheels.
Answer Hello Bob, W10712394 is a new design that the manufacturer has come up with to correct the issue with the wheels breaking off. It is not hard to install and comes with instructions.
