Andrew for Model Number LSR8444LQ0 There is an area of the washer drum where the paint has chipped and the area is rusty. There is also a lot of worn paint and rust on the bottom edge of the washer lid. Our clothes are now getting rust stains on them. Would the Whirlpool touch-up paint fix this problem for us or do we need to replace the lid and washer drum? This washing machine is over 20 years old and otherwise works fine.
