Sue for Model Number KSRG27FKBT03 the right side of my arm-stipr is loose from the unit. I think this is causing the ice to stick in that area. Is this part supposed to snap on somewhere on the right side?
Answer Sue, Yes the Stripper arm has a plastic "tab" on the backside, that "slips" into a slot on the right(back ) side of the icemaker mold assembly. Quite often, if you're careful you can "bend" the stripper out in the middle and insert the tab into the slot. Otherwise you'll need to loosen the four(4) screws in the front of the control head mechanism(under the white plastic cover box, enough to dislodge the two(2) front tabs and re attach the stripper and tighten the screws.
