Mike for Model Number AP4373393 Hi, my belt broke and there was also a blue plastic washer piece that also broke and melted to it. I can't seem to find what that part went to.. but I have replaced the belt and now the problem is the belt slips off the pulley when it spins... like there would have been a "lip" on both sides of the pulley so this wouldn't happen. Do I need to order a new pulley? or how do I fix this. Any help would be great! thanks, Mike
Answer Hello Mike. Check and make sure the pulley has the c clip holding it onto the shaft where it can't slide off. Also, that is has washers on both sides of the pulley. There should be a lip on the pulley on the side away from the motor to prevent the belt from coming off the pulley. If not, you will need to replace the pulley WP6-3700340 on the unit. Hope this helps. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, March 1, 2012
