Hannah for Model Number MAH5500BWW I do not see my model # on the list, which shipping bolts do I need?
Answer Hannah, There are no shipping bolts for your washer. Once the unit is deliverred and installed the first time, the shipping "straps" are removed and discarded, because they cannot be re used. Here is the factory reccomended shipping procedure. " If the washer is going to be relocated to another household, it is important to drain and removed the inlet hoses from the washer. Next, lower the drain hose to a floor drain to allow water inside the washer to drain out. Then snap the drain hose vertically to the back of the washer. Open the washer door. Taking a blanket, roll the blanket lengthwise and tuck the blanket into the recessed boot area around the perimeter of the door opening. This will suspend the outer tub assembly and and limit it's movement during transit. Shut the door and tape it shut. Upon arrival at the new location, remove the tape, open the door and remove the blanket. Then follow the normal installation procedures as outlined in the installation manual."
