Barbara for Model Number WTW5000DW1 My machine is not agitating or spinning. With disassembly I found the splutch cam is disengaging inappropriatly. I have recalibrated the machine, took apart the cam and it looks good, appears to be the actuator disengaging it. Is that a common thing? Do I just replace the actuator?
