Kris for Model Number Maytag MVW655DWO The agitator in the machine will not agitate like it used to. The drum will spin in spin cycle. I just replaced the splotch cam but the agitator still won’t agitate.
Answer Kris, you should be able to put it into a diagnostic mode and pull up any error codes, you may have a error code involving the actuator. It is what shifts the splutch from spin to agitate. The tech sheet is located inside the front of the cabinet, on the left side, you can lift up the top of the cabinet to locate it. Read More...
