Natasha, you may want to check the control to see if it is sending 120VAC to the water valve. You may also want to check to ensure that the pressure sensor hose on the control is not clogged up. From what it sounds like either the control is not operating properly, or the valve, pressure hose, and lid lock have an issue. You will definitely want to test the voltage going to the valve and ensure that the pressure hose is not clogged. In regards to the lock, you will want to test the connector found at connection J15 of the control. From pin 1 to pin 3 of the wire connection, it should read from 85 to 155 ohms of resistance. From pin 3 to pin 4, it should read 0 ohms when in the locked state and 0L when unlocked. Then from pin 3 to pin 2 it should read 0 ohms when the lid is closed and 0L when the lid is open. If everything checks good, or the control does not send the proper voltage to the valve, then the control is bad.
