Kendahl for Model Number NTW4516FW My Amana washing machine stops on the spin cycle. If I turn it to another spin it will sometimes continue and spin out. It worked fine after balancing and leveling the washer for one time. When it does spin, it does not seem to shake too bad. Could the problem have anything to do with the splutch cam? Thanks.
Answer Kendahl, There is a service sheet inside the cabinet front left corner in a plastic bag. You will have to raise the entire top not just the lid to retrieve it but it will get you into the diagnostics mode where you can check for error codes as a starting point to diagnose the problem.
