Alyson for Model Number WTW5000DW1 My washer makes a terrible noise and is very off balance during the spin cycle. Most of the time, the knocking is so bad it causes the washer to move. A couple of times the clothes still had an excessive amount of water in them after the cycle was complete. Would replacing the splutch cam kit help with this? Thank you for your help!
