Tracey for Model Number ATW4675YQ1 My washer shakes violently and jumps around during the spin cycle. I have replaced the suspension rods and the drive block, but it's still having that problem. Please help, thanks!!
Answer Tracey, Check the splutch pulley on the bottom of the unit to make sure that the nut has not backed out which would cause the pulley to be loose. Also, check to make sure that there is a solution in the balance ring. If this checks ok then check for a wobbly shaft of the washer. Also, make sure that the unit is properly leveled. Read More...
