Curtis for Model Number wtw5600xw2 My washer is spinning slowly. I do not hear any noises from it. The splutch looks like it will mesh the gears or not. If it was in between (like the actuator is bad) I think I should hear noises and grinding. I do not. So is this likely just a bad belt.
Answer Hello Curtis, if the belt was slipping it should show heat damage on the inner side. You may want to run the diagnostic service cycle to check for any fault codes and also it allows separate testing of the motor functions.
