Kirk for Model Number 110.28002012 washer will not spin. i put into manual test mode and it agitates find but when i try to test spin it hummms then stops. the tub does not spin at all. i have replaced the actuator. could it be the splutch?
Answer Kirk, While in the service diagnostics, go into the error code mode and see if there are any error codes. This issue sounds likely that the shift actuator may be the issue but would suggest checking error codes before changing anything. Read More...
