Joann for Model Number WTW5000DW0 Washer gets to the spin cycle, spins but does not spin enough to get all of the water out of the clothes. They are sopping wet. An extra Drain and Spin cycle works (you can hear water being pumped out) but clothes are still sopping. Also seems to be using way more water in the wash cycle than ever before (clothes were always wet but not sitting in gallons of extra water). There is a Deep Water Wash cycle but it’s not set for that. Thank you!
Answer JoAnn, Based on the information provided I would run the diagnostic test using the tech sheet packaged with your machine to determine if you have a clutch issue or possibly an actuator issue.
