Mike for Model Number WTW4815ew1 Hi, on my washer it won't agitate but spins fine. Could I need to replace the drive clutch kit? It makes like a clicking sound on the agitate cycles.
Answer Mike, the clutch W10721967 would need to be inspected for any broken sections that may not allow it to shift properly. If there is not a broken section and the shift actuator has not slipped from the clutch arm, the shift actuator W10913953 would be the most likely cause of failure. Read More...
