Richard for Model Number wtw4816fw3 washer making popping noise during starting to spin , checked under washer trans pulley is loose allowing pully to wobble , Tried to remove 13 mm nut , it will not loosen due to shaft turning inside pulley , Do i cut pulley off of Shaft and replace pulley kit ?
Answer Richard, if the nut will not pop loose when tapping on the wrench with a hammer, the pulley would need to be cut off to carefully grab onto the drive shaft to remove the nut.
