Tracy for Model Number Maytag MVW7232HW1 Hello, Washer is 3 months old - loud grinding noise at end of cycle (spinning cycle - I think) stopped and left wet clothes. Turns on, lid locks but that's where it stopped. We ran the diagnostic test - it showed F7E4 fault codes. So, is the drive clutch kit the answer to my prayers? Thank you!
Answer Tracy, You will want to check to make sure that there is nothing caught in between the tubs and if there is not then check the wiring of the clutch and if the wiring is good then do a drive system test which is test 3 on the tech sheet to make sure that the clutch is good.
