Rick S for Model Number ED2FHEXMS00 Water dispenser and ice maker inop. Have ck'd the dispenser switch-has continuity; freezer light comes on; dispenser valve is good, water pressure is good. What is left to ck? Dispenser control board? Can it be tested?
Answer Rick, With both the ice and water not working on the unit, you will want to check the wire harness at the top of the door to make sure that there are no broken or loose wires.
