Answer Michael, You'd want to check a couple of components, The ADC Board WPW10366605 This controls the power to both the compressor and the defrost system, if the board is faulty or shorted out, etc. Nothing would operate. The next check would be at the Temperature Control WP2198202 No "closed" circuit across the terminals means no voltage to the compressor. The interior lights working indicates you have voltage to the refrigerator, but make sure the voltage is in range 108 to 132 VAC, at the outlet and power cord. Read More...
