John T. for Model Number ed5fvgxws00 The freezer only cools to 40 degrees. Both fans are working, the compressor is hot and the vent ways are clear. Any ideas ?
Answer John, did you check and make sure the freezer compartment light is going out ? Is there frost or ice on the back wall of the freezer ? and how about the door seals, and shelves,is the seal is tight all the way around, and nothing holding the door open slightly.
