Edward King for Model Number WRS325FDAB02 I own a Whirlpool refrigerator model WRS325FDAB02, serial # HR40815951. This unit has been in service about eighteen months. Recently the LED lights, in both the fresh and frozen food compartments, have started flashing rapidly when the door is opened. I have unplugged the refrigerator for about fifteen minutes to see if anything would reset to stop this problem and it did not. It is unlikely that both light modules have gone bad at the same time. Whatever controls the lights seems to be the problem. The internet suggests a defective control module, W10366605. Is that the most likely cause of this issue? Also which part, W10366605 or WPW10366605 is the correct replacement for this unit? Both are listed as replacements but the WPW part cost over $240 versus the other that cost about $55. What is the difference?
Answer Edward, Both of these parts are the same for your unit as the WPW10366605 is just an updated number. This would be the correct part to repair the unit. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, May 4, 2016
