Ed S for Model Number 106.52572202 My refrigerator has been working intermittently for a couple of weeks. I have verified that it is not frosting up and blocking airflow. I have also verified that the thermostat is good with a VM. It quit working a gain and the compressor runs for a short time and stops. When it does work, the compressor runs as should. I removed the housing with the control board and thermostat and tapped on the relay on the control board and it started running again. Checked it this morning and it still seems to okay. Can the control board cause a logic failure for the cooling cycle when the thermostat is closed? I just want to ensure that this is my problem before spending a couple of hundred bucks on a control board. Thanks Ed
Answer Ed, Yes the control board can cause the issue that you are having with the compressor not starting when the thermostat is closed. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, December 9, 2016
