Stephen for Model Number ED5PVEXWS06 I have a whirlpool side by side 25 cu ft. refrigerator. When it goes to the defrost mode, it just stay there like it is dead, won't come out. When I adjust the temperature control, it starts working, compressor kick in etc. After working for a few hours when the defrost cycle comes in, it does the same thing again. What is wrong, do I need to replace the control board. Need your expert opinion. Thank you.
