Scott for Model Number KSR025FKWH02 Where is this part located in a Kitchen Aid refrigerator? I want to try and replace this myself but I am not sure where it is. The controls are on the very front top and I see 4 Phillips head screws. I am thinking that I remove the 4 screws and drop that panel down, just not sure after that. Thanks
Answer Hello Scott, The control board on model KSRD25FKWH02 is located inside the control box. This is removed by removing the knobs and prying out the display escutcheon 2211959. Two screws behind this part and two at the extreme rear of the control box will allow the control box to be lowered. Be careful not to break the parts at each end of the control rod since it will remain connected at both ends when the control box is lowered. The control board is inside the control box. Read More...
