Jp for Model Number WRS325FDAM04 Why on a whirlpool refrigerator Model: wrs325fdam04 the freezer fan works but the compressor does not work and the cooling fan does not work. The electronic board inside the fridge is new. The compressor works (tested) The cooling fan works (new) All lights work All wirers and connections checked, Is there another electronic board somewhere?
Answer Hello JP, thank you for contacting APP, If the Compressor and Condenser Fan are not working but the Evaporator Fan is running this will be an issue with the Unit Harness W11580023 in the machine compartment where the compressor is or a wiring issue through the cabinet of the unit. The Evaporator Fan, Condenser Fan, and Compressor share common voltage from the control board and should all be running at the same time. Read More...
