Answer Hello Jim, The heat you are feeling isn't from a "heater" per say, but the heat from the sealed system backing up since it isn't dissipating the heat back into the room properly. You either need to clean the condenser coils with a vacuum cleaner, or the condenser fan motor W10124096 isn't running. Any time the freezer fan and the compressor is running, it should be running also. If it is running, you should try to stop the fan blade from turning.
