Dory for Model Number MH2175X5B-5 The door shuts but light remains on and it appears the sensor is not tripped telling the microwave the door is shut. So when I push in timer numbers and hit start it won't progress. How can I fix the door sensor which is part of the body of the microwave and not part of the door assembly? Thanks!
Answer Hello Dory. You will need to remove the outer cabinet cover and test the door switches. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
