Louie for Model Number Kitchen aid model KSCS25FTMS02 The condenser fan motor runs nearly continuously. The refrig and the freezer maintain cold at factory settings of 37 & 0 degrees. I say nearly all the time as it will stop for a second or two and the continue running for 1, 5, 20 minutes etc. What parts do I need to fix this problem?
Answer Louie, With the condenser fan motor running all the time then the issue would most likely be caused by a faulty control board on the unit. The control board is what is sending power to the condenser fan motor and is located at the back of the unit next to the compressor. The part number needed would be W10219463. Read More...
