Power to the condenser fan (120 VAC) is supplied to the motor from the main control board W10219463 / W10219463 Cntrl-Elec.(which is no longer available from the manufacturer). You'll need a test light or multimeter to check for the voltage across the red/white and white wires at the motor. If there's no voltage, then you'll need to check for voltage out at the main control board across the red/white and white wires on the board, with the compressor running. no voltage, acquire and replace the electronic control board.
