David for Model Number PDBL390PWB The lights do not light on the touch pad and the washer will not start. I can get the cycle light to come on to heavy only. If I continue to press the start it will eventually come on but the lights do not come on or will light intermittently. Is this the control board or the touch panel itself? Thanks, David
