Jim for Model Number MDB4650AWW SERIAL 10697132EL My dishwasher has no lights showing on the control panel at all. There is power going thru door safety switches to board. Tested with volt meter and there is power to control board.Pushed all buttons on control panel but nothing happens. How can you tell what is bad and what to replace?. Someone said there might be a recall for this model. Can you tell from the serial number? Thanks Jim
Answer Hi Jim. The control board would need changed as you have lost all commands. The part # is 12002713. The key pad is a series of switches opening and closing telling the board which circuit to use. Since all is inoperative, then it will be the board.
