Steve for Model Number PDBL390AWB None of the lights on the control panel light up. Would the problem be in the control board or do I need to change the panel .
Answer Hello Steve, You would want to make sure that you are getting 120vac to the contol board. If you are getting power to the board then you would want to check the ribbon cable connected to the control board to make sure that it is connected. If there is no power to control board you will need to check to make sure that there is power to the unit and trace back to the control to find out where the loss of power is. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
