Answer Colin, No there are no instructions, it's not that hard to do. the tine retainer has a "clip" in one end and an open slot in the other. you snap the clip end onto the bottom rack rung and the slotted open end onto the corresponding rack rung, also make sure the cover in the middle of the retainer is coverring the opposing bottom rack rung. Insert the tine assemblies in the round openings on the upper area of the retainer, with the "hooked" end of the assembly in the flexible opening on the opposite side of the retainer, with both tine assemblies installed in the first retainer install the remaining retainer on the rack.
