Tom for Model Number JENN-AIR JCD2389DEW REF - SXS/I&W My fridge is running and there is a slight ice build up in the back of the freezer section. However both sections are not cold, the regular fridge side is warmer than the freezer. I believe this (defrost control board) is my issue. Please advise, Tom.
Answer Hello Tom! You seem to be having a defrost system issue. It could be one of the three parts; Defrost Board 61005988 Defrost Thermostat or Defrost Heater WP61006199 (on your model they are considered an assembly).
