Michael for Model Number MZD2766GE My fridge won't turn on and cool. I was told it was my adaptive defrost module. It does stay nice and warm. I changed out the defrost heater a month ago and 10 month before that also.
Answer Hello Michael. If the unit is stuck in defrost cycle, you will need to order and replace the board 61005988 on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
