Linda for Model Number MZD2766GES My Maytag Plus side by side refrigerator is working and keeping the correct temperature in both fridge and freezer. It is also defrosting. The problem is periodically we have a puddle of water, then ice on the bottom of the freezer, which builds up so we have to chip it out. We thought the icemaker was leaking so we turned off the water to the fridge, thinking that would stop it. It still has the same problem, so maybe it is when the defrost cycle runs. What do you suggest?
