Mike for Model Number GX2FHDXVY03 Frost buildup in freezer preventing air flow to refrigerator. Back wall heavily frosted. Performed defrost system check via the control board test. It read "S' for short. I then did a forced defrost and the freezer began to defrost. Seems like it will not defrost unless 'forced.' Any recommendations?
