Jim Hb for Model Number MSD265MHEW The freezer is making glazier/popsicle ice coming from the wall at back, we already bring the ice maker to he refrigerator part store and they said it is working, we alredy changed the valve, do you think we need to change the Adaptive Defrost control board?
Answer Jim, The adaptive defrost control board won't have anything to do with the icicle from the back wall, since you've replaced several parts, make sure the freezer air temperature is 5 to 7 dgrs.F, The refrigerator and the icemaker are both level, and repalce the fill tube grommet WP67003576 and make sure it seats and seals properly.
