Mary for Model Number DWU8890AAX Will the White Tine Tips fit on the Maytag model DWU8890AAX? It is not included in the model list. Also, are the tine tips and the touch up paint durable enough to withstand the heat and soap in the dishwasher? I assume that I need to remove the rust before applying the paint. Is that correct? Answer Hello Mary. Yes these tips will fit. They are a generic kit that will work with pretty much all racks. The touch up paint is designed to be used in the dishwasher.
