I would also like to get the clear plastic shelf cover for the top shelf of the door. Also, I need the shelf and clear plastic lid for the door that you would put milk or drinks in. Answer Hello Linda! I believe your refrigerator model should read CS22AFXKQ05 (S instead of 5 and Q instead of the first 0). Also, the serial number should read SS4153098 (SS instead of 55). This product appears to have been manufactured the week of October 10, 2005. The top shelf cover for the butter dish area is part number WP2256101. Your unit uses three door shelf bins for the refrigerator door, part number WP2187172. Your unit also uses one door shelf trim WP2177962K. Hope this helps you determine the parts you are needing!
