Deb for Model Number msd2432grq Since the front (61003357) and back (61003161) parts are no longer available will the glass shelf (61003241) still work? Would it be better to have a piece of glass made to fit? What is the thickness of the glass? thx
Answer Hello Deb, The glass will still work if it will stay in position. It is not advisable to have glass made since the tempering is critical to prevent shattering in the extreme temperature changes these shelves go through. I'm sorry but the manufacturers' do not share this information with us so we do not know the temper or the thickness of the shelf glass. Read More...
