Stan G for Model Number MF12568AES I need the right tool to tighten the Freezer Door Handle. The round screw insert doesn't appear to accept an Allan wrench. Also I need to know if I can order just the the black inserts used to mount the handle and not have to purchase the entire handle. Any assistance would be appreciated.
Answer Stan, The black plastic inserts are not available as a separate component, you will need to order the complete freezer door handle WPW10138763 / 67006393. to access the loose screws you will need to remove the handle, Loosen set screws in the bottom side of the handle using a 3/32” Allen wrench. Repeat the procedure on all screws. Then you can tighten the mounting stud [67006113] screws WP3387230 / WP3387230 with a number 2 phillips screwdriver. " Align handle with the mounting posts.
