Al R for Model Number MOD-ED5LVAXWS When we try to remove the ice container from the freezer door, we cannot do so. When we press the button that should release the container, nothing happens. This was problematic when the refrigerator was new. We had to juggle the container. But now, nothing is allowing us to remove the container.
