Bob for Model Number RSW24E0DAE The water/ice cube dispenser of the front door does not operate. It lights up but no water comes out when I push the switch. I got the replacement solenoid & have replaced it. Waiting to see if I get ice.
Answer Hello Bob. You need to check the dispenser switch 55440-2 and see if it is bad and needs to be replaced. Also check the actuator pad on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
