Terri for Model Number Jds9861aap I have a slide in gas range that I purchased in August 2006. Model # jds9861aap. The control knob has broken and I need to replace. The current knob has the number kip 7042 on it. I just went to appliance store and was sold one with number kip 5e73on it, which is too big and does not fit ( the "d"fitting) any suggestions?
