David When I close our dishwasher, the lower basket seems to be obstructing the flow of the soap cup by not allowing it to open. The soap cup opens fine if I take the lower basket out. What am I not doing right?
Answer Hello David, Since no model number was provided, I cannot check to see if this is the correct rack for this model. This is the first consideration since the rack has to be made so it will not be an obstruction. You should not cut the rack since it will cause a rust issue.
