Patrick for Model Number KHMS155L OK, I am trying to replace plastic handle that has broken plastic attachments. Does not appear to be a metal screw like the replacement part suggested. I watched the video of how to get the inner frame off that says screws should be revealed. Got the frame off, a very difficult task, but still no access to any screw attachment. What now?
Answer Hello Patrick. On some of these, you will need to remove the inner door with glass to access the screws. You will need to remove the door from the microwave to do this. The inner door with glass unsnaps out of the door. It is number 4 in the diagram.
